Tax Refunds for OVERSEAS WORKERS

If you are from overseas and you are working or have worked in the UK, then you may be due a tax refund.

You are most likely due tax refunds in the tax years you arrive and leave (the tax year in the UK runs from 6th April each year) and for any periods you have worked with a temporary National Insurance number.

Tax refunds can be back dated for 6 years, since April 2002. And if you do not have your tax documents (P45s - from leaving a job; or P60s - the end of year summary given by employers you are employed by at the end of the tax year) then we can source the details for you so you can still make a claim.

If this section applies to you, click the link below and take the tax survey. A claim pack will be generated for you, based on your answers, which will include all the forms you need to make a claim. Our charge for this refund is on a no win no fee basis and is just 25% inclusive of vat. Full details available in the claim pack.
