Tax relief is refunded at your marginal rate of tax - 22% for standard rate, 40% for higher rate tax payers. And we can back date for 6 years, since April 2002. Average refunds are around £650 but we have handed clients cheques for several thousands of pounds. The service is offered on a 'No Win No Fee' basis. We charge 25% inclusive of vat of the money recovered.
